Sponsorship packages represent a commitment of a significant, minimum-level of investment in UQ Engineering Clubs by an Industry Member. In return, EUS and Engineering Clubs are able to offer opportunities which are otherwise unavailable for individual purchase.
It is important for any organisation which is interested in sponsoring UQ Engineering Club to understand that EUS strongly believes that a minimum-level of investment is not just a financial investment, but an investment of your organisation’s time.
We believe that some of the most important interactions which students will have with Industry partners during their time at University will occur outside of specific career based events. We like to think of our Industry Partners and Supporters as friends, and like any good friend, we would hope that you make an effort to attend our various social events as well.
There are two key types of sponsorship packages available:
- Partner packages, whereby your company sponsors both EUS and a nominated Engineering Club; and
- Support packages, where your Company only sponsors the nominated Engineering Club.
There are a limited number of sponsorship packages available. In total, there are 6 Partner Packages and 18 Supporter Packages. This is one Partner package and three Supporter packages per club.
Generally, the cost and content of a sponsorship package is not open to negotiation, however we are willing to consider, on a case by case basis, alterations to the existing package structure open to negotiation.
VISY Industries, proud partner of ChESS
At Visy, it’s in our nature to challenge things. We’re not happy to settle for the same old solutions time and time again – after all, the world around us is always evolving, so we believe we should do the same.
So instead of sticking to what’s ‘good enough’, we’re on a mission to do something truly great. We’re always pushing the envelope to find new and better ways of doing things – whether it’s creating an eye-catching piece of packaging or streamlining our production processes.
It’s this culture of innovation that’s led to Visy becoming a leader. Where others saw waste, we saw potential. Now, we not only start with recycled materials, we finish with recyclable products – and create less waste along the way.
